Going Korean!

My boyfriend, who is the all-American guy wanted to try some Asian food aside from the infamous Chinese buffets he's tried before. So I invited my friends a month ago for a cookout and we decided to cook Samgyeopsal since my Korean friend Chan knows how to cook it perfectly! We even had a few banchan (Korean side dishes) to choose from and it was indeed, an amazing dinner! I got my griddle on sale at Kohl's for less than thirty bucks and it was definitely a steal!

Next cookout, it must be bulgogi!
